About Our Sewing Project
Our Sewing Project is a community-driven nonprofit initiative designed to empower individuals by teaching valuable skills in sewing, dressmaking, and upcycling. Over the course of six months, we offer hands-on instruction in basic sewing techniques, helping participants transform old, unused garments into creative, functional pieces. Whether it's learning how to sew a simple hem or up cycle worn-out clothes into something new and stylish, our project emphasises sustainability, creativity, and personal growth.
